What's Cooking In Our House...

This weekend we had some friends over for dinner and had a great time. I made this super easy and yummy Salad recipe that I got from my friend Liz. Everyone seemed to enjoy it especially Aubrey. Here is was you need

Pretzel Salad

1 container of cool whip

1 pkg. cream cheese

1/2 c. sugar

1 20oz. can crushed pineapple drained

For the Pretzels

1 c. pretzels

1/4c butter melted

1/4c sugar

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Break up your pretzels a little bit. Place in a plastic bag with melted butter and sugar. Coat the pretzels well and place on a pan. Baked for 7 minutes. Next beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add in the cool whip and pineapple. Once the pretzels are cool mix them into the salad and enjoy. Sorry I didn't take a picture because it's not the prettiest salad, but you will love the flavor. Hope you had a great weekend. Happy cooking!
