Starting week 2 ofMamaNotes challenge. This week our challenge is to walk or run more. For every 15 mins. we are out walking or running we earn 1 point. With a max of 4 points per day. I'm thrilled with this challenge because I already love to walk and I've started running on my tread mill. So far I've lost 3 pounds since last week. Pretty good right? I'm happy with my results so far, I was worried because I tend to eat when I'm stressed out. Since my husband has been gone hunting, let's just say it's been a little (OK a LOT) stressful around the house.   3. Good job! The hardest, hardest time for me is when my husband is gone, because I tend to eat when I'm stressed too. Keep up the good work! :)
